Hakim Md. Yousuf Haroon Bhuiyan with his colleagues Hakim Rafiqul Islam, Hakim Kazi Mansur-ul-Huq, Hakim Prof. Shiry Farhad, Md. Anisul Hoque & Golam Nabi succeeded to set up a modern factory at Meghnaghat in Sonargaon, within the district of Narayangonj to produce and marketing modern herbal medicine. The annual Production capacity of that factory about 100 Million Dollar. The total factory area is about 50 bighas.

Hakim Md. Yousuf Haroon Bhuiyan with the blessing of this elderly initiated the great work of the construction of the factory on the 4 th May 2001. This well-planned modern factory equipped with modern machineries is the realty of this year-long unwearying efforts. This is the place where quality herbal medicine would be produced for various diseases. These medicines will uniquely contribute in the medical science of our country.

Accepting the millenium challege for all-round fighting against diseases with herbal medicine, Hamdard Bangladesh have taken the oath of maintaining the quality of the product at international standard.
